A day dedicated to the rediscovery of the traditions related to the humble pastoral work in the valleys of Agrigento surroundings: here as we celebrate the Epiphany in Sant'Angelo Muxaro. A country where you can taste a cheese of the highest quality, among the best in Italy. From the first hours of the morning the sheep roaming the streets of the country, while in the square begins to prepare the ricotta cheese just like the old days: three large blocks of stone is placed a large pot bubbling over the wood on and under the eye of the shepherd that mixes uninterruptedly. The square is filled by smoke, odors and flavors, and when the ricotta cheese is ready, visitors can get to taste it. Meanwhile, the horses are entering the country for the traditional parade.
