Food and wine review Cuscusu in Trapani 16 to 19 June 2016. During Cuscusu can participate in tastings, wine tasting, excursions, guided tours, workshops, experience and mini lab cooking class, meetings, concerts and related events.
A tribute to the quality and variety of Trapanese cuisine, which will give the opportunity to tourists and visitors to taste the local delicacies but also to get their "hands-on" through numerous workshops, experiential closely with the best chefs and local producers.
