Visit a typical market for shopping. Pass to cellar, guided visit and wine tapping to taste during lunch. Return to the Farm / Resort for Cooking Class on typical Sicilian cuisine and realization of handmade pasta. Lunch with the dishes prepared. Afternoon relax.
Visit the delightful medieval village of Randazzo characterized by the castle, churches and various other buildings in lava material. In the afternoon visit to the town of Bronte, known for its gold green: the pistachio. Visit the Nelson castle and a farm with production of pistachio. Return to the Farm / Resort, dinner and overnight
Visit to the little known Val d'Agrò and the villages of Savoca and Forza d'Agro. Later visit to a cheese maker with light lunch with typical products.
Return to the Farm / Resort for seasonal activities (harvesting local products such as nuts, citrus fruits, olives, etc.) or preparing and tasting the warm ricotta cheese made by a local dairyman, dinner and overnight.

According return flight, transfer to Catania airport.
